🔮 Crystal Singing Bowl Chakra Meditation
Trained bowl players will co-create a vibrational soundscape aligned with the chakra system. Together, we’ll generate waves of healing resonance to support grounding, heart-opening, clarity, and spiritual expansion.
🎶 In addition to crystal singing bowls, participants are welcome to bring drums and other gentle percussion instruments to co-create a rich, meditative soundscape. Let’s weave rhythm and resonance together in harmony as we walk the labyrinth and welcome the new season. 🥁✨
🌀 Labyrinth Walking Meditation
As the bowls sing, attendees will be invited to walk the labyrinth — a sacred path of reflection and renewal. Let each step guide you inward as sound frequencies gently recalibrate your energy.
