We are so excited to welcome Daniel Martinez to this month’s Women’s Brunch & Bloom!
Daniel is a gifted dance fitness instructor who brings movement, music, and wellness together in a way that helps people reconnect with themselves from the inside out.
His session, Dance From Within, will invite participants to explore gentle, guided movement using head-to-toe stretching, connection-based exercises, and ballroom-inspired patterns designed to awaken the body, stretch the mind, build confidence, and spark joy.
This experience is for everybody — whether you come with a dance experience or simply a willingness to move, breathe, and reconnect.
