This truly unique Walk & Talk will take you back to the original turtles that inspired your favourite bushman or your local Turtleman! I will be sharing the power of photography to create snapshots in time and how it can be used to benefit the citizen science project like TurtleSAT and the 1 Million Turtles project! 🐢🐢📸👀
Its that time again to start spreading the joy and excitement in preparation for the 2026 Nesting Season of our South-western Snake-necked Turtles or Oblong Turtles or perhaps you're like me and have taken to calling them "shell pups" 💚🐢💚
I will be setting up a table with my educational posters along with ones promoting 1 Million Turtles and TurtleSAT and at my display I will have available for all ages to get hands on with preserved specimens and not to mention the amazing stalls from the other Turtle Champions that are to be announced! 🐢💚🐢
Bring your camera, bring you best questions, bring the family, let's start a conversation about turtles while we watch some truly unique reptiles and most importantly; let's bring fun! 😍🐢😍
