What if all it took to be met in meaningfulΒ authentic connection wasΒ 7Β minutes?
Imagine this: you'reΒ sitting across from another on a mat.
Eyes Closed. Dropping into presence.
Breath steady. Heart beating.
A tingle of nervous excitement.
Eyes opening.Β You meet their gaze.
A curiosity a spark.
You take a deep breath
drop the story in your mind
- the old pattern you've followed 100 times -
and make the smallest slowest movement of your body
in synchronicity with theirs
to follow each breadcrumb of aliveness
towards what wants to happenΒ β¨
****************************
This is not your typical movement event.
It is not a dance.
Nor a play fight.
Primal Play is an embodied relational movement practice that transcends words and delves into the depths of human interaction - sometimes wild sometimes tender completely open and also closed sometimes loud sometimes quiet - and every time completely new and different.
A space to witness to research to learn from each other and grow together - safe in the knowledge that so much can happen but nothing has to.
****************************
Primal Play encourages a slow deliberate pace allowing participants to immerse themselves in the experience one step at a time. It's about embracing vulnerability authenticity and the beauty of human connection in its purest form. Itβs a non-sexual (but potentially sensual) trauma-informed space held by highly trained certified group field facilitators.
We will start with guided warm-up practices then move into the play and end with grounded nervous system regulation and integration.
Primal Play is intended for everyone.
Regardless of sexual orientation or identity skin colour or age.
Solo in partnership or other constellations.
You are warmly welcome.
Each encounter will have its own unique qualities.
