About this Event
This is a 3-part workshop series designed to support women in building a deeper, more loving relationship with themselves over time.
Each session creates a safe space for women to gently turn inward, reflect, and grow—allowing the work to unfold at a pace that feels supportive and real.
Through guided mirror work, you will have the opportunity to look at yourself—literally and emotionally—and begin to understand where you are in your self-love journey.
You may discover a deeper connection to yourself… or recognize, perhaps for the first time, where self-love has been missing.
This series is about awareness, compassion, and creating lasting change in how you see and treat yourself.
During the sessions, we may also incorporate supportive healing elements such as:
• Sound bowls
• Rain drums
• Meditation
• Aromatherapy
These practices help calm the nervous system and support you within a safe, grounded environment for inner work.
What to bring:
• A small mirror (or your phone with selfie mode)
• A yoga mat
• A blanket, towel, or pillow for comfort
• A handkerchief or small towel (to gently cover your eyes and create a darker, more inward experience)
We will be seated and lying on the ground at times, so please come prepared to be comfortable.
What’s provided:
• Water, tea, and cold water to keep you nourished and relaxed
