Vision in Flow is a nourishing afternoon designed for women ready to define, refine, and visualise their next chapter. Whether you’re calling in personal growth, planning a rebrand, or dreaming up your next holiday destination, this workshop blends mindful movement with intentional vision-setting to help you step forward with confidence.

Through yoga, breathwork, guided journaling, and creative vision boarding, you’ll reconnect to what you truly want and create a visual anchor for the year ahead — one you’ll take home and return to again and again.

This is space to slow down, tune in, and intentionally dream bigger.

The Year of the Horse represents freedom, momentum, confidence, and forward movement. This workshop invites you to harness that energy — releasing what holds you back and stepping boldly into a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and expansive.

A smooth, breath-led vinyasa flow designed to create space, length, and full-body balance.

After movement, you’ll be gently guided through journal prompts to uncover:

Your goals for the year of the horse

What truly matters to you right now

Where you’re being called to expand, refine, or realign

These prompts are designed to move beyond surface-level goals and tap into how you want to feel, live, and show up.

With clarity and intention set, you’ll create your own vision board — a visual representation of your next chapter.
