February is Self-Love Month - a reminder that the most important relationship you will ever tend is the one you have with yourself.
Temple of the Rose is a sacred sound healing ceremony created as a sanctuary from the noise, pressure and constant self-expectation of modern life. A space where you are invited to soften, to receive, and to remember the quiet, steady love that already lives within you.
The rose has long been a symbol of devotion, boundaries and heart-led living. In this temple, we work with the energy of the rose to gently dissolve self-judgement, calm the nervous system and guide you back into your body - back into safety, softness and self-trust.
Through a special chocolate sensory meditation, grounding breathwork, a deeply immersive crystal sound healing journey, energy clearing and rose connection, you will be guided into a state of deep rest where the body can release, the heart can open and the mind can finally soften its grip; leaning into the arms of unconditional love, the mother within, the heart that calls you home.
Temple of the Rose is for those who give deeply, feel deeply and are ready to turn some of that love inward. For anyone longing to rest without earning it, to soften without apology and to reconnect with their own worthiness.
You will leave feeling grounded, held and gently re-rooted in yourself - carrying the frequency of self-love not as an idea, but as something felt and embodied.

Age Limit: Retreats are open to those aged 17 and above.
Tickets: £30 per person

You don't need to bring anything with you! We have all the equipment you need. You will have a yoga mat, a bolster, a blanket and one of our sound healing beds. Extras you may like to bring include; an eye mask, a water bottle, fluffy socks, a journal and a pen!
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep this experience intimate and personal.
