Through meditation, essential oils, reflexology, creativity, rhythm, and sound healing, you’ll explore what you want to let go of — and what you’re ready to invite in. You’ll also discover your Guiding Word for 2026 — a word the Universe offers to support your intentions throughout the year. You’ll weave this word into your essential-oil blend and your intuitive painting, creating meaningful keepsakes to carry with you into the new year.
