✨ Sunday Sadhana: A Two-Part Six-Week Journey for Mind & Body ✨Join our newly qualified yoga teachers for a 6-week series of morning devotion, storytelling, and soulful movement at Jenna Blair Yoga.
A Warm Welcome Awaits ~ Step into our beautiful Belle Vue Peacock Studio for a practice that goes beyond the physical. In a friendly, accessible, and (dare we say?) fun environment, we’ll explore the 8 Limbs of Yoga, weaving in ancient stories and myths that bring philosophy to life.
The Sunday Flow:
Part I: SITTING (20 Mins) | A dedicated space for grounding meditation and pranayama (breathwork).
The Interlude (10 Mins) | A chance to pause. You are welcome to stay for the full journey, join us just for the second half, or slip away quietly if you’ve found what you needed.
Part II: MOVING (60 Mins) | A soulful Yogasana flow designed to leave you feeling peaceful and grounded.
The Heart of the Practice ❤️ This isn't a workout; it's a work in a meditative spiritual practice or Sadhana. Today, we invite you to dedicate your movement to someone you love, turning self-examination and surrender into a beautiful act of devotion.
Sessions will begin on Sunday 25 January 7:30am for 90 minutes - all are truly welcome!
The cost of these sessions are just £2 which is kindly being donated to Jenna Blair Community.
