✨Last year's fires in our own back yard, countries at war, environmental and economic instabilities are all traumatic for a population still struggling with the COVID 19 aftermath. Trauma also passes on from previous generations. Life in the high speed modern world does not allow for time for recovery.
This chronic condition eventually becomes diseases which are plaguing our society.
Come and join in a conversation on the scientific theory and experience the practice of rewiring trauma with movement, breath work and sound with Dr Ling O'Connor who has been trained in many of these techniques from childhood.
