Held in a cosy afternoon-tea atmosphere, this experience blends journaling, grounding practices, intention-setting and a relaxing sound bath — perfect for easing yourself into the new year with calm, clarity and purpose.
This workshop is open to everyone, whether you're joining solo or coming with someone special.

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a therapeutic experience where you are enveloped in the soothing vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, tuning forks, and gongs. These frequencies guide your mind into a meditative state, promoting healing on mental, emotional, and physical levels. This practice combines deep relaxation with the restorative benefits of sound, helping to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve overall well-being. It’s a rejuvenating way to center yourself and embrace the possibilities of the new year.
Sound baths are not advised for those in the first trimester of pregnancy or those with serious heart conditions or with pacemakers.
