Join Anne-Marie and Sean for a heart-centred evening of cord cutting and sound healing.
You’ll be invited to come in, settle onto a comfortable mat (mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided), and bring with you an intention - something in your life you feel ready to release that is no longer serving you.
Anne-Marie will gently guide you through an energetic cord cutting visualization, helping you become aware of and release energetic attachments to people, situations, or emotions that are not aligned with your highest path.
As you move through this process, Sean will support the experience with a live sound bath using crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, and other instruments, helping to deepen relaxation and facilitate the energetic release.
This is a night to lie back, be held in sound, and allow your system to let go to create space for more clarity, lightness, and alignment within.
✨ Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided
✨ Feel free to bring a pillow for extra comfort
✨ Come with an intention of what you’re ready to energetically release
