Gather your fishing crew, get your boats and tackle ready to go, and let’s see who will reel in the biggest pike from nose to tail.
Saturday, June 27th, 2026
The derby will start at 7:00 AM at the Municipal Docks in Desbarats, ON.
All fish must be checked in by 2:00 PM to count toward the contest.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Johnson Township Community Center after all anglers have checked in at 2:00 PM. Prizes will be displayed on the rink floor so anglers can take a look before winners are announced.
Registration:
$5 for youth 12 and under
$20 for adults
All registered anglers will win a prize, with 7 cash prizes available for the Grand Prize Winner, 3 adult runner‑ups, and 3 youth runner‑ups.
All fish must be checked in by 2:00 PM to count toward the contest.
You can register online ahead of time, or sign up with us at 7:00 AM at the Desbarats Docks before heading out.
