As spring unfurls around us we are invited to do the same.
To awaken gently.
To root deeply.
To feel more fully.
This afternoon is a ceremonial return to the body… to the quiet intelligence held within your breath, your heartbeat, your senses. A space to slow down enough to notice what is already alive beneath the noise.
We will gather with ceremonial cacao, allowing the earth’s medicine to soften the edges and open the heart. We will move into journaling as a way of listening—tending to what rises from within with tenderness and truth. And we will be held in a sound journey designed to support deep rest, release, and nervous system restoration—like soil receiving a blanket of warmth and nourishment after a long winter.
This is a space where the body is welcomed as Earth…

Ceremonial cacao opens consciousness in a gentle, heart-centered way, helping reunite aspects of ourselves that may feel fragmented across the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms. It supports the release of stagnant energy, opens the heart chakra, and enhances creativity and presence—inviting us out of the mind and back into the heart, where ease and inner peace reside.

Treya Magdalena Jaholkowska is a guide devoted to the remembrance of our deeper nature. A Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach, she weaves spiritual insight, sacred sound, and ancient practices to support conscious awakening.
From 2006–2013, Treya lived and studied in Hawaii, India, and Europe, immersing herself in monasteries, ashrams, and intentional communities. These years of devotion deepened her relationship with Sri Vidya philosophy, mantra, and sacred sound under the guidance of her teacher, Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi.
