The Intention
‘ Home’is an invitation to return.
In a world that constantly pulls us outward, into noise and expectation, it is easy to lose touch with ourselves.
This retreat day is a gentle journey back home to your own inner landscape, to the place of inner wisdom, truth, and belonging.
Through intentional connection with nature, plant medicine Cacao, and the wisdom of the four elements, we will remember our relationship with the wider web of life and with our shared Earth home.
These elements guide us back into balance, presence, and embodied awareness
Home is also about reconnecting with one another. In a safe and held space, we come together, allowing authentic connection, reflection, and shared humanity to unfold.
Here, there is no need to perform or strive only to arrive as you are.
This day is an opportunity to drop into the body, listen deeply, shift what is not serving us and remember what it feels like to belong, to yourself, to others, and to the living world around you.
