توفر الورشة مساحة آمنة وداعمة وخالية من الأحكام، نستخدم فيها الفن كأداة لاكتشاف الذات والتمكين، مما يساعد على بناء علاقات أكثر صحة مع النفس ومع الآخرين.
لا يشترط وجود أي خبرة فنية — فقط قلب منفتح واستعداد للتجربة
