This course offers a practical introduction to the fundamentals of the banking system, with a focus on retail banking operations, account types, and foreign trade services. It also emphasizes essential communication skills required in the banking environment, including active listening, effective questioning, and non-verbal techniques. Designed to bridge academic learning with workplace readiness, the course prepares students and recent graduates for entry-level roles in banking and finance by combining technical banking knowledge with interpersonal communication skills.
𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬:
• Define the Introduction to the Banking System.
• Explain different bank accounts
and types of deposits.
• List the various operations of retail banking.
• Define foreign
trade operations.
• Identify essential communication principles.
• Define what the FBI is
• Use the techniques of asking questions.
• Develop effective communication skills through active listening and non-verbal communication techniques
