This retreat sits at the threshold between two powerful cycles. We gather in the final days of shedding, inner work, and transformation to consciously let go of what the body is ready to release. To enter the year of the horse in 17 February 2026 - a year of freedom, movement, truth, and embodied direction.
The horse supports us in regulating the nervous system, grounding the body, and preparing for what comes next - not from force but from presence.
