About this Event

Команда @mamam.uk приглашает вас на ежемесячную встречу из цикла "Мамам. Встречи с доулами ".

На этой встрече мы поговорим о природных средствах, которые на протяжении веков использовались женщинами во время беременности, родов и в послеродовом периоде. Мы рассмотрим ароматерапию, цветы Баха и гомеопатию, обсудим, как и когда их можно применять, а когда лучше воздержаться.

Речь пойдёт не только о том, как эти подходы работают, но и о научных данных, мифах и реальных рисках. Мы разберём примеры из практики, поговорим о безопасности, дозировках, взаимодействии с медицинскими препаратами и о том, как осознанно выбирать то, что подходит именно вам.

Во второй части встречи проведём открытое Q&A, где вы сможете задать любые вопросы: от конкретных ситуаций до общих принципов естественной поддержки во время беременности, родов и материнства.

@mamam.uk team is inviting you to our monthly meeting from the series: "Mamam. Meetings with doulas". If you are expecting a baby or recently had a baby, then this meeting is for you!

At this meeting, we’ll explore natural remedies that have been used by women for generations during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Our focus will be on aromatherapy, Bach flower remedies, and homeopathy, looking at how and when they can be used, and when it’s best to avoid them.

We’ll discuss not only how these approaches work but also what scientific evidence exists, the common myths, and the real risks. Together, we’ll review practical examples, talk about safety, dosages, and possible interactions with medical treatments, and explore how to make mindful, informed choices that truly support your wellbeing.

In the second part of the session, we’ll hold an open Q&A where you’ll be able to ask any questions: from specific scenarios to broader principles of natural support through pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

A warm and informative gathering for those who wish to deepen their understanding of holistic methods and learn how to use them with both confidence and care.
