About this Event
This nourishing Slow Flow & Restore class is an invitation to move gently, breathe deeply, and unwind from the pace of everyday life.
You will start slow, taking time to arrive into the space and your body. You'll begin with a slow, mindful flow - simple, steady movements that ease tension, build awareness, and help you reconnect to your body without rushing or pushing.
As the class unfolds, we’ll transition into restorative postures, supported by props, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully soften. Expect long, luxurious holds, calming breathwork, and space to truly rest.
This class is perfect if you:
- Feel tired, overwhelmed, or a little frazzled
- Want to move, but gently
- Struggle to switch off
- Crave deep rest without doing “nothing”
No experience needed - just come as you are.
Leave feeling grounded, calmer, and gently reset for the days ahead
Open to beginners and all levels.
