🪷 Power of the Lotus Sound Bath 🪷 Serenity and calm is within us all.

A therapeutic, sound healing meditation for all. We will use the energies of the season to release and unwind to the sounds of crystal singing bowls. Allow their vibrations to help you physically, emotionally and spiritually guide you back into balance.
🪷You will start by choosing an oracle card. This will help to set your intention for the healing session.
🪷You will then get comfy for the sound bath. You’re welcome to sit or lie down using one of our mats provided.
🪷I’ll then play the singing bowls for around 45 minutes. During this time, you’ll tune into the bowls and their frequencies.
🪷The aim of the sound bath, is to help your mind feel calmer, your mood uplifted and more in tune with your body.
💫All mats, blankets and pillows are provided. But you’re welcome to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable.
