Meditation for kids is a skillful way to support our children’s well-being!
Hello everyone, my name is Lobsang Yeshema and I am happy to help your children for this workshop.
Our meditation session is to help children have a good time to refresh and calm their mind as well as develop positive behaviours to be more confident in their daily life.
The event is about:
- Introduction about meditation
- Practice meditation - calm the mind
- Doing activities..
- Break time 15 minutes and communicate with friends
