😀The workshop is in person and online.
🥰This workshop is givent by Lobsang Yeshema, Buddhist practictioner for the service and teacher in Paramita Center.
💗We will describe the advantages of love and compassion and how they help meditation practictioner attain the happy stage of mind. We will look at various meditation and analytical techniques to cultivate a more virtuous attitudes.
