Join us for a special morning of movement, community, and purpose.On April 11th, 2026 at 9:00am, we will be hosting “Gentle Yoga at Força for Alzheimer’s”, organized by Saundra An.
This class will take place instead of our regularly scheduled Hot Yoga class that morning.

This is a donation-based event and is open to the public so bring your friends, family, and anyone who would like to move for a cause.
We are asking for a $5 minimum donation, and all proceeds go toward Alzheimer’s awareness and research.
