👧🧒 Who can attend:
Children up to age 17
🪥 Services may include:
• Dental exams and cleanings
• X-rays
• Fluoride treatments
• Sealants
• Assistance with school-required dental forms
📞 Appointments are required.
Please call 570-955-4015 to schedule your child’s appointment.
ℹ️ All children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
🦷 Services are provided by Fortis Dental Hygiene students under the supervision of licensed dentists and dental faculty.
