🧘Stretch, move, and play during this fun and engaging kids’ yoga class led by certified instructor Laura Stapes (200 RYT). ✨Designed for little ones, this 30-minute class introduces simple yoga poses, breathwork, and mindful movement through games, storytelling, and imagination.
🪴Surrounded by the sights and sounds of the farm, kids will connect with nature while building balance, strength, and confidence.
🐷🐐🦙After class, children are invited to visit and interact with the friendly farm animals—an unforgettable way to end their yoga adventure!
✨What to Bring: ✨
*A yoga mat (or beach towel) and water bottle.
Ideal for ages: 4–8 years (parents are welcome to watch or participate with their child)
☔️Weather Note: In case of bad weather, updates will be posted on our Facebook page the day of class.
This is a donation-based class—100% of proceeds go directly to support Happy Hearts & Hooves.
