The Liberation Through Movement Workshop is an invitation for whoever feels the call to find freedom of expression, while releasing any heaviness or stagnation in the body from the winter time, as we slowly prepare ourselves for warmer temperatures and the season of spring.
You really don't need to have any background in dance or movement as this is an intuitive journey, where you are being invited to surrender yourself to the process and allow the body to take over, as you tune in with the music playing on the background.
We are all dancers in this life.
Here to express the divinity of our being and to find liberation from within.
This journey is here to assist you to connect on a deeper level with your body and authentic expression.

About the facilitator:
Eleni Erotokritou is the creative force behind OpenHeart, a Yoga and Self Development Teacher as well as a Certified Heal Your Life Coach and Seminar Facilitator.
Her close and intimate relationship to nature inspires and guides many of her offerings.
For the last 6 years she has been offering Yoga classes, Ceremonies in nature, Self Development Workshops and seasonal Retreats in the island of Cyprus where she resides.

She is characterized by the love and devotion she shows for supporting co-travelers on their journeys and creating safe and welcoming containers for soulful connections, exploration, healing and experimentation.
She is a great believer of the human potential and the possibility of inner transformation and enjoys working with people both on a personal level as well as group settings.
