Dr. Christina Koni is a Dietitian with extensive experience in academic, private, and corporate settings. She has taught at various universities, contributing to the academic and professional development of health practitioners. A graduate of Louisiana Tech University (USA) with a Ph.D. from the University of Glasgow, Christina conducted groundbreaking research on environmental and genetic factors in childhood obesity, presented at international conferences.
Driven by her passion for health and wellness, Christina actively engages in training and well-being consulting for individuals of all ages. Her work includes seminars and workshops in schools for children and in corporate environments, focusing on strategies to enhance workplace productivity, employee health, and resilience through nutrition. With a natural ability to connect with audiences, she uses interactive activities and discussions to share her passion, ensuring every session is both engaging and impactful.
