Practical, confidence-building self-defence for youth and adults.
We’re excited to partner with Manawatū District Council to bring two rounds of FREE self-defence workshops to our community. These sessions are delivered by experienced instructors from The Kung Fu School and will focus on personal safety, situational awareness and building confidence in a supportive environment.
No experience needed, just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to learn.
Youth Workshop (Ages 12–16)
