🕔 The Pre-Game: 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Before the main event, we have two vital planning sessions. Please ensure your unit is represented!

⛺ Camporee 2026 Planning Meeting:
Big news! For the first time in years, the Lone Star District is hosting our own Camporee at Lakeland Park (Lake Lavon) the weekend of April 24th–26th. We want to make this the best weekend of fun yet! We need at least the Senior Patrol Leader (SPL) or a representative from every Troop to help shape this event.

🤝 FOS Dinner Table Ambassadors Meeting:
A quick touch-base for those helping lead our Friends of Scouting efforts.

🕖 Main Event & Scouting for Food Kick-off: 7:00 PM
We hit the ground running at 7:00 PM with the launch of Scouting for Food (SFF).
Take Note: SFF is scheduled for Saturday, January 31st—one week earlier than usual!

Every Pack and Troop should have at least one adult leader present to:
Pick up your unit’s plastic collection bags.
Confirm and discuss your collection routes.
Get all the logistics to ensure no neighbor is missed.

Scouts BSA: All About Patches
Join Aiden Davis for a fascinating look into the world of Patch Collecting and Trading. Aiden will share his passion for the hobby, show off his impressive collection, and provide tips on how you can encourage this storied Scouting tradition within your unit.
Bonus: Bring some of your own patches to show off or trade!

Cub Scouts: Practical Tools & Program Inspiration for Leaders
Roundtable is the ultimate "toolbox" for Cub Scout leaders. Join Gloria Albertson for a session packed with fresh ideas to keep your Cubs engaged.
