Join us for our 40-Day Challenge inspired by the Prana Method and 40 Days to Personal Revolution by Baron Baptiste—a powerful, structured practice of yoga, meditation, journaling (self-inquiry), and supportive lifestyle shifts—done together, with community accountability. This is to help you understand where your are putting your importance and how to connect back to self with a community.

The 40 days are typically run as a 6-week journey, each week built around a theme and two “Laws of Transformation.”

What happens in our Weekly Monday meetings (6:30 PM)
Each week we’ll:
Review the theme + the 2 laws
Talk wins + what’s hard (judgment-free)
Set simple “focus commitments” for the week
Make sure you have a plan for yoga/meditation/journaling that fits your schedule
Kickoff meeting (Jan 5 @ 6:30 PM) Challenge starts January 5 2026

Signed up (so we can add you to the sticker board + community list)
Ordered your book (or told us you need help getting one)
Ready to start intentions for the next 40 days!?
Cost is $40 upfront for the whole challenge, book, and weekly gatherings and $99 a month for studio membership and daily practice. Meetings will be live in a private group as well for those who cant attend in person and will be available for view if missed.
