What’s on the Menu?
Sliced Brisket: Tender and flavorful, smoked to perfection.
Brisket Burnt Ends: Tender, juicy, marbled, and packed with smoky flavor—the ultimate BBQ delicacy.
Baby Back Ribs: Fall-off-the-bone goodness, rich in smoky flavor.
Spare Ribs: Smoked low and slow for the perfect bite.
Bacon Burnt Ends: Tender, juicy bites of pure indulgence with marbled flavor throughout.
Pulled Pork: Juicy and savory, infused with rich, smoky goodness.
Delicious Sides:
Dutch Oven Potatoes: Sliced potatoes, bacon, onions & cheese. We sauté the bacon & onions, add brown sugar to caramelize them, and finish with our special rub for an extra layer of flavor.
Barbecue Baked Beans: Beans, bacon, onion, our BBQ sauce, and honey come together for the ultimate heavenly flavor!

Burritos: Our Dutch Oven Potatoes and your choice of meat, all wrapped in a big tortilla and finished with our BBQ sauce in mild, medium, or spicy!
