✨Nested Micro is an intentional space for Micro Fusion Dancers. We are curating this space to allow for connection, technique, emotion, vulnerability, and variety in the Micro Community. ✨To do this we are creating a [Closed Container]. Please show up between 6:45 and 7pm.
Take your time checking in and settling into the space and then joining us for a micro class.
Many pieces of micro technique and connection require both parties to mutually invest and build understanding.
That is why we teach a required class each month.
💞 If you are familiar with the class concepts, use the time in the class to enjoy the dancing, slip yourself into your micro headspace and support the community.💞

Nested Micro is ….. Nested up stairs in a residential neighborhood.
Look for the Berkeley Yoga Studio sign. Head up the staircase and around the corner to find us.
Please set energy, volume and intent before coming in so as to settle yourself before entering and not disturb our neighbors🤫
Take off your street shoes when entering:

Masks are optional. Dancing during a pandemic is a high risk activity. By attending this event you agree to notify the hosts if you contract COVID within 3 days of attending an event. You also acknowledge there is a risk and agree to hold harmless Nested Micro, Dynamic Dancers, The Berkeley Yoga Center, and all their volunteers and parties.

We have a restroom, tea, water and light snacks on site.
