About this Event
Doors 7 PM / Show 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
La Peña presents Clarissa Bitar, with special guests and the Corazón de Cedro Duet of Evelyn Donají & Camellia Boutros.
Join us for an intimate night in the heart of Berkeley with acoustic and folk traditions spanning from Mexico to Palestine and Bilad al-Sham. Corazón de Cedro opens the evening with raw and enchanting sounds of Son Jarocho from the coast of Mexico. Then, Clarissa will take us through a journey of longing with the oud and the stories of their latest album Bakhaf al Layl.
