This women's circle is all about empowering each other, sharing stories, and lifting each other up.Our Circle will be a safe space to connect with like-minded women and build a community of support and love. Let's come together to inspire, uplift, and thrive!
Everything is energy, including our emotions and the emotion of LOVE vibrates at one of the highest frequencies. You already know that we attract things which match our own vibration. So when we are in a higher vibration, we attract things that are in alignment with our own higher vibration - the vibration of Love.
Loving yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Being in a relationship with your divine self requires self compassion, self worth, self respect, self awareness and self empowerment. Yet the demands of our daily life, life experiences and our patriarchal society has stripped away our sense of "deserving" to love ourselves - to truly care for ourselves.
We become "Superwomen" and can lose ourself amongst the working, the dishes, cleaning, cooking and caring for others.

Yes you are a Superwoman and .... you know that you can't continue to GIVE from an empty cup, yet we continue to do the same things and expect something different to happen.
I get it, it takes effort to actually focus on ourselves for a moment, it can be challenging to do something different - BUT when women meet in Circle magic happens!!!
It's time to reach out to other women - to be heard, to be nurtured, to be held and supported. ?? TO RECEIVE ??

About Julie:
Julie has worked with women of diverse backgrounds for more than 30 years and is committed to help women help themselves. She is a Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, NLP and Sound Practitioner. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Science from the Uni of WA.
