Learn a new skill & Make a beautiful 20cm mosaic hanging heat (or hot plate)
With full tuition from artist Holly Hockey, you’ll learn how to snip and shape your porcelain tiles. Following an easy design template you’ll then secure your tiles to your board with glue.
You’ll learn all you need to know to complete independent mosaic projects at home, It’s a very addictive hobby! Tables, mirrors , coasters, the possibilities are endless!
Grouting cannot take place until your glue has set. You can either take a grouting kit and link to the grouting tutorial to complete this part at home. Or if you’d like Holly to grout your work for you, this is an extra £5. Suitable from age 7, Holly will have a stock of pre-cut (by her) tiles to use for those that struggle with the cutting element to this workshop.
