🍴 Dinner by Gibson’s will include:
House Salad: Mixed greens with tomatoes, onions, croutons, mozzarella cheese, and champagne vinaigrette.
Entree Choice:
Steak tips with a cabernet reduction
Pork ribeye with bourbon glaze
Sides: Gouda mac & cheese and mashed potatoes.
