Join me for an outdoor slow-flow vinyasa class in support of mental health awareness and suicide prevention in honor of Kaitlyn Marie Douglas. This class is part of a larger community festival happening from 10 AM – 2 PM featuring 50+ local vendors, food trucks, activities, pet adoptions, and more. The event is kid-friendly and pet-friendly, so bring the whole crew and make a day of it.

Style: Gentle, all-levels slow flow vinyasa
