We welcome all to participate in this 80th anniversary celebration on March 15th during the morning worship service. God, in his goodness, has blessed this ministry with 80 years of mission as the First Church of the Nazarene in Bangor, Maine.
We will look back to March 17, 1946, when a group of faithful believers established a Nazarene Church in Bangor. We are a remembering people, but we are also a people of today, brought together by God to be a fellowship of believers, the Body of Christ, sharing, caring, working in the world, and living in the hope of the world to come.
Our eyes look back with thanksgiving and forward in hope and anticipation of God’s continued mission in Bangor and the greater Bangor area.
