Can you believe it’s been 30 years since the A Grade and Under 17s brought home the flag?! Big turning point for the club, so it’s time to get the teams back together, reminisce about the glory days, and catch up with old mates.Here is the game plan for the day:
The Schedule
🐯The Main Event: Officially kicks off at 4:00 PM at the Canteen. We’ll be gathering to watch the current boys play and cheer them on. (But hey, you are more than welcome to head down early!)
🐯The After Party: Once stumps are called and the day's play is wrapped up, we’ll be heading over to the Sports Club to continue the festivities into the night.
What to Expect
🗣️ May or may not be a speech or two (keep them short, boys).
😂 Guaranteed to be a lot of laughs and exaggerations of how good we actually were.
🍻 Plenty of cold beverages flowing.
🎶 The team song sung loud and proud
Rumour has it..... there may or may not be an informal catch-up happening Friday night at the Sports Club for anyone who wants to get a head start on the weekend or is travelling into town early. Keep your ears to the ground!
