You’re invited to join us in 🍁 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐞 🌱, in which we’ll gather as a community to hold dual realities: that the future is uncertain, and that in order to meet it we need to cultivate hope, together.
As norms are shattered and separation increases, it’s more important than ever that we come together to forge new bonds of connection.
It’s more important than ever to find strength, hope and even joy as a way to hold and shape our reality.
One thing is certain:
𝐖𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞.
This one-day gathering will open a space in which we as a community come together to hold each other and connect to the seeds of hope amongst the hurt. We will allow ourselves to feel the spectrum of emotion within us, harvest the sweet and bitter fruits of this year, and plant seeds of hope for the next.
Through a blend of embodiment practices, sound, live music, and shared presence, we will integrate learnings of this year and move a wave of collective energy as the complex humans we are.
Hope is not foolish in such times - 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥. Join us in fanning the flame together.

🌻 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐜𝐤 (He/Him): Founder of "Essence: A Journey to Self", Musician, Coach/Trainer on topics of Emotional Intelligence, Non-violent Communication, and Embodiment, with experience at The School of Life Berlin
🌻 𝐋𝐞𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 (He/Him): Lee burns to create spaces for collective healing and transformation through the connecting of nervous systems and the opening of hearts.
As an embodiment facilitator and somatic resourcing coach, he is dedicated to reawakening people to their innate power as empathy activists, leading the Empathy team at Pura Vida Festival and running regular workshops in Berlin and London.
He is a certified Trauma-informed group facilitator (The Field, Soma Mystica) and has studied intensively with Embodied Intimacy, Heart iQ and The Institute.
This event is an invitation to be with the state of the world, honor your journey, and plant seeds of hope.
