🌿✨ Youth Yoga Camp: Explore, Move & Grow! 🧘♀️💚Join us for a 3-day Youth Yoga Camp, where kids ages 5-10 (will be separated out into age sections) can explore movement, mindfulness, and have a blast all while learning invaluable lifelong tools!
Each 90-minute session is filled with yoga, breathwork, and creative activities that promote emotional regulation, body awareness, and relaxation. We love watching your littles thrive! 🌟
🗓 Dates: June 8, 9, 10th
📍 Time: 2:30-4pm
✨ Kids will dive into nature and yoga-inspired themes, storytelling, and playful movement, using fun tools like the Hoberman Sphere, animal poses, and visual cues to spark creativity and engagement!
Our goal? To plant the seeds of connections (both inner and outer) early, giving kids tools to support a healthy body and a calm, confident mind for life! 🌱
💲 Cost: $25 per child for all three 90 minute sessions
**OR $13 per child for one class
