This gentle Yin Yoga practice helps open up the body’s tight spots release tension and calm the mind — guiding you into deep relaxation and presence. After the practice enjoy a peaceful cup of tea together in good company. 🍵
No previous yoga experience is needed. I offer variations for each movement so that both beginners and experienced participants can enjoy and benefit from the session.
🧘♀️ What to bring:
✨ Wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement.
✨ Yin yoga mats and props are provided free of charge so you can simply come
as you are and settle in.
✨ Bring your own tea mug if you like. :)
