This week, we step into the realm of roots & remembrance—calling in its deeply grounding medicine to anchor you into what truly sustains your spirit.You’ll be bathed in the healing sound of sacred instruments, anointed with the essence of dandelion root, rosemary and cedar, and guided through a meditation to send your roots deep to the earth’s core and draw up nourishing strength.
In this circle of stillness and sensation, expect your mind to quiet, your body to soften, and your energy to realign—so you meet Monday rooted, replenished, and steady.
Yoga mats and meditation cushions are provided (as well as cozy blankets!)
Cost is $20/person
If something cozy from home would enhance your ability to receive the medicine, please don't hesitate to bring it. (Pillows, eye cushions, etc. are popular items to bring.)
