This is the fourth ceremony in The Path of Reconnection — a seasonal journey inviting you back to yourself, to community, and to the world you belong to.
You’re warmly welcome to join from here and walk the remaining part of the journey, or simply drop into the ceremonies that call you.
Each one stands alone — and yet together, they unfold a powerful return home.
🌾 Why This Ceremony Matters
If Ceremony 3 explored how we relate to others,
Ceremony 4 invites us into the wilderness within — the instinctive, intuitive, untamed parts of ourselves that modern life often quiets.
Brené Brown writes that “true belonging requires us to belong to ourselves first.” and that doing so often means stepping into the wilderness — the place where authenticity outweighs approval.
This ceremony is about meeting that wilderness.
We live in a culture that rewards control, predictability, and perfectionistic self-management.
But our vitality, creativity, and intuition don’t live in control —
they live in sensation, expression, breath, sound, and movement.
Drawing from Brené Brown, deep ecology, somatic psychology, and movement-based wisdom, we will explore:

✨ How dance helps emotions move through you rather than stay stuck inside
✨ How wildness strengthens authenticity, courage, and freedom
✨ How reconnecting with your inner nature reconnects you with the living Earth

A gentle opening of the heart, deepening sensory presence.
🌬 Embodied Warmup & Somatic Exploration
Arriving in your body, awakening instinct, grounding through movement.
💃 Ecstatic Dance Journey
A liberating, wordless dance space to explore expression, release, and aliveness.
🌿 Integration Circle & Soundbath
Landing the insights, grounding the nervous system, and reconnecting with community.
This ceremony welcomes newcomers and returning dancers alike.
