Winter's over, and it's time to show Knoxville's greenest gem some love before the spring season kicks off!Join us on Saturday, March 28, 2026 for a community litter pickup along the streets surrounding the Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or this is your first time giving back, we'd love to have you!

This is a wonderful chance to get outside, meet your neighbors, and make a real, visible difference in our community, just in time for the spring visitors and events that make this space so special.

โข Keep Knoxville Beautiful will provide the following equipment:
- Litter Pickers
- Gloves
- Safety Vests
- Trash Bags
Parking: The sign-in table and parking will be across the street from the Martha Ashe Garden on Wimpole Avenue.
We recommend wearing long pants and all volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes. Please bring your own sunscreen, bug protection, and water.
Plus, don't forget your enthusiasm, and maybe invite a friend or two! Every bag of litter picked up is a gift to the pollinators, plants, and people who call this garden home.

We welcome people of any age who wish to lend a helping hand. After the pick-up take a walk through the Botanical Gardens and enjoy the spring blooming plants. The Dogwood trees should be beginning to bloom. There is no admission fee at the Botanical Gardens.
