📍 Meetup Point: The Fungi Farm at Richmond Community Gardens (look for the wooden mushroom sculptures near the river end of Evelyn Cousins. Close to the swimming pool and children playground close to Avebury house).During this workshop we will learn to substitute our salads, teas, seeds for the rest of our lives, save a lot of money while contributing to nature thriving again, with incredible insights all through life while reconnecting with nature everytime a bit more. A contribution to mental and physical wellbeing while having an excuse to go outside, treasure hunting with your family, neighbours, friends or solo💚
No prior knowledge is necessary. Just your enthusiasm to learn, ready ears and ready to try new things and sense of humour😊
We will have a very necessary 30-40min introduction talk with some unique understandings of what plants are, how we can help them and how they can help us. All with good scientific attitude. We will also learn some tools/attitudes to foraging and then walk around and learn about 10-12 plants that can be found nearly in every backyard during this workshop, which out of my experience have proven to be most practical and easiest to remember.
3 hours is a must to do all the above.

🎟 Registration is essential, 25$ pp, 40 per family (2 adults), children free and animals are welcome. Volunters of non profit organization's and community gardeners are welcome to come free or on a koha or vegetables from their garden bases, options available upon registration.
