Join us at The Craftery Beccles for a relaxed and creative afternoon learning the beautiful art of Indian wood block printing.Led by certified tutor Eleanor from Creative Planet, you’ll be guided through using authentic fair-trade Indian wooden blocks to create your own unique designs. Sarah and Wendy will also be there to support you throughout.
We’ll start by practising techniques on paper and fabric before printing your final pieces to take home.
You will make:
• Greetings cards
• A small fabric zip bag
• Your choice of a tote bag or tea towel
Suitable for adults and young people aged 12+.(must be accompanied by a paying adult)
All materials, equipment and a hot drink and biscuits included.
A mindful, hands-on workshop where you can slow down, get creative and enjoy a traditional heritage craft.
Booking is essential £45 per person.
