☀️ One last outdoor Pilates session before the weather turns…We’re squeezing in one last free community class before the weather turns and we all retreat indoors again.
Join us at Riverbend Park for a relaxed, feel good Pilates session open to everyone! Members, friends, partners, mums, dads, first timers… literally anyone who wants to move their body in good company.
Expect a simple, accessible class designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and start the weekend feeling amazing!
No experience needed. No cost. Just bring yourself.
What to bring:
🧘♀️ A mat or towel
💧 Water bottle
😎 Sunscreen or a hat if it’s sunny
👯 A friend (always encouraged)
After class we’ll hang around for a coffee from our mates at The Boathouse, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the beautiful Riverbend surroundings.
If you’ve been curious about Bloom or Pilates in general, this is the perfect no pressure way to try it.
