There is a younger version of you who still lives within your body.
Not as a memory…
But as a feeling.
A response.
A quiet part of you that still remembers.
Sometimes that part holds joy.
Sometimes it holds moments that were never fully understood at the time.
This session is a gentle, guided journey back to that younger version of you — the innocent, sensitive, resilient little human who experienced life before you had the awareness and tools you have now.
In this safe and supportive space, you will be guided to:
✨ Revisit early experiences with compassion and care
✨ Gently release emotional weight your younger self may have carried
✨ Reconnect with moments of joy, playfulness, and lightness
✨ Offer yourself the love, reassurance, and understanding you may not have received at the time
For the final part of the session, you’ll be invited (not required) to hold a small mirror and look into your own eyes — anchoring self-compassion, connection, and self-trust.
You’re also welcome to bring a childhood photo of yourself to hold during the meditation if that feels supportive.
Each participant may choose a crystal to hold during the session.
Gentle Reiki energy will be shared throughout to help settle and integrate the experience.
This is a calm, grounded, and beginner-friendly space.
No prior meditation experience is necessary.
